Backups are only useful if they actually restore. I’ll set up automatic backups and then test them, so you can feel confident that your photos, documents, and important info won’t be lost if something goes wrong.
What’s included:
- Choose the right backup method (cloud, external drive, or both)
- Set up automatic backups
- Organise key folders/photos so backups run smoothly
- Test restore (prove we can get files back)
- Optional: recovery plan for “lost password / broken device”
- Clear written steps for you (and a family member if wanted)
After the visit, I’ll check in by phone to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything under control.
